Fitness & well-being

My simple take on fitness and well-being...unless we do it for a living most of us probably can not commit to exercising and eating right 100% of the time like the experts would recommend.  However, we can make it a part of our crazy (yet cherished) daily lives.  We can take all the information from our news sources, friends, blogs, etc and do the best we can.  As long as we make it a priority I believe, for the most part, we will be much better off.  As my husband would say..."you only have ONE body."  It is God-given at that.  Healthy eating may cost more money and time but its what fuels us...without "US" what do we have?
